Q: What Color is the hair?
A. Our Hair comes in color #1B, #2 & #613. The hair can be dyed any color you'd like but also keep in mind, the virgin hair can get damaged just like your natural hair. Treat the hair like it is your own.
Q: Do you sell wigs or hair extensions?
A. Dymond Tresses sells hair extensions and wigs .Our wigs are labeled as "2.0"'s. Each texture is called a different name to match the hair's personality. Read descriptions upon purchasing,
Q: How much hair is needed for a full sew in?
A. We recommend a minimum of 3 bundles. For inches 24" and longer we recommend 4 bundles.
Q:How long does the hair last?
A: The hair can last up to a year or more if you use proper maintenance and care. See our care section for more information.
Q: Can the wavy and deep wave hair be straightened?
A: Yes, please use a heat protector before straightening. If you repeatedly straighten the hair you will train it to be straight. You can risk the chance that your curl pattern will not return after using excessive heat.
Q: How is the length of the hair measured?
A: For straight hair, it is measured in its natural state. For wavy and curly textures, the hair must be stretched out to be measured. When ordering wavy hair, you may considering ordering 2 inches longer to accommodate to your desired length. For curly textures, 4-6 inches to accommodate to your desired length.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S?
A: Yes, we ship internationally.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: It will take 3-7 Business days.
Q: What is a closure and what is the difference between silk and lace?
A: A closure is a small piece of fabric, usually 3.5"x4" and it has individual stands of hair ventilated through and knotted directly to the lace. Silk closures are thicker than lace closures and have a more realistic scalp appearance. Lace closures have a longer lifespan and are flattering BUT take more work to make look natural.
Q: Do you install the hair?

Q: What is a frontal?
A. A lace frontal is used when you want to recreate the entire hairline from ear to ear and about 2 inches back.
Q: What is the difference between a 13x4 and a 13x6 frontal?
A. A 13x6 frontal offers more space and versatility to play around with more styles (i.e.: braids)
Q: What is a full lace wig?
A. A full lace wig is constructed from a lace cap that covers the whole head and the 100% human hair is knotted into this by hand.
Q:Can you color the full lace wigs?
A. Yes you can. However, it is not recommended to do brighter colors on the natural color wigs , it is better to achieve certain looks with the blonde full lace wigs.
Q: Are the full lace wigs the same texture as the bundles?
A: No, The texture of the bundles are much coarser than the full lace wigs.
